Using Toxic Spirit

These terms govern use of our website and purchase of event tickets from Toxic Spirit. Read the event description, ticket conditions and policies before paying. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Accounts and event admission

Provide accurate account and attendee information and keep your login secure. Do not share ticket QR codes publicly. Admission depends on a valid ticket and the event-specific conditions shown before booking, including any age, identification, venue or safety requirements. A ticket cannot be used for repeated admission unless the event explicitly permits it. Unauthorized resale, fraudulent bookings and tampering with tickets are prohibited.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Review ticket type, quantity, event date and the final total, including any disclosed taxes or fees, before confirming payment. PhonePe Payment Gateway is our online payment gateway. Your order and ticket are confirmed only after the payment status has been verified by our system. A bank debit or payment screenshot alone does not establish a confirmed booking.

Ticket delivery

Tickets are delivered digitally after confirmed payment. Use the order email and My Account → Tickets to access available ticket downloads. See our Ticket Delivery page for delivery assistance. No physical shipping is included unless explicitly stated for an event.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Customer cancellations and changes of mind are normally non-refundable. If the organizer cancels an event, customers receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled booking. If an event is rescheduled, customers are offered a choice of a refund or an updated ticket for the new date. See our Refund Policy for the process. These conditions do not remove rights required by applicable law.

Availability, service and disputes

Ticket availability can change before a booking is confirmed. If a confirmed booking cannot be fulfilled, contact us for resolution, including a refund where appropriate. Temporary website or email issues may delay access; contact support if an order or ticket is missing. Contact us first about a dispute so we can investigate using the order and payment records. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how account and booking information is used. Material changes to the terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing booking.
