We only collect information you choose to give us. This currently happens in one place: the "Book Your Event" inquiry form. When you submit it, we receive the details you enter — name, phone/WhatsApp number, email (if provided), event type, preferred date, venue/location and your message. If you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or email directly, we receive whatever you send through those channels.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website. If that changes in future, this policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly before those tools go live.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your event inquiry and discuss your requirements.
- To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the event you asked about.
- To plan and deliver an event you've booked with us.

4. How your inquiry is delivered
Booking form submissions are sent by email to our business inbox through our website hosting provider's mail service. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp's own platform (operated by Meta), subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

Inquiry details are stored in our business email inbox and, where relevant, our own event-planning records. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this information, but no method of transmission or storage online is 100% secure.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver a booked event, and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized where practical.
